The Zoodle Story: Inspired by Izzy

Zoodle Genetics was born from the journey of a little girl named Izzy.

Specifically, a strict ketogenic diet, carefully designed to shift the body into ketosis, where fat becomes the brain’s fuel. For Izzy, every bite had to be precisely measured. Her meals were composed almost entirely of fat, leaving little room for the variety and joy most children experience at the table.

Then one day, everything changed.

Watching her older sister eat a bowl of noodles, Izzy asked if she could have some too. Knowing traditional pasta wasn’t an option, her family got creative. From that moment on, her family lovingly called her Zoodle—a nickname that stuck and eventually became something much bigger.
